These terms govern your use of notes.padholikhojee.com ("the site"), operated by Padho Likho JEE (a registered business; “QCC Notes” is its brand for these Class 11 notes). By using the site or buying a Revision ShortNotes PDF, you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

• Free theory: complete Class 11 Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology conceptual theory, in English and Hindi, available online at no cost.
• Revision ShortNotes: an optional 2-page handwritten-style revision PDF per chapter, priced at ₹19, delivered digitally.

The site is a study and exam-preparation aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of CBSE, NCERT, the NTA, or any board or examination authority. We make no guarantee of any rank, score, selection or result.

2. Accuracy of content

We prepare the notes carefully and align them to the latest NCERT edition and current NTA pattern, but content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or become outdated. Always cross-check with your official textbook and latest exam notifications. If you spot a mistake, please email us and we will correct it.

3. Licence for purchased PDFs

When you buy a ShortNotes PDF you get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to download and use that PDF for your own study. You may not:

• resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the PDF;
• upload it to file-sharing sites, groups, channels or any public platform;
• remove watermarks or branding, or claim it as your own work.

All content on the site — text, notes, PDFs, quizzes, design — is the intellectual property of Padho Likho JEE (QCC Notes) and is protected by copyright.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, mirror or scrape-index the site.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access paid files without paying, or interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Do not use automated tools to place fake or repeated orders.

5. Pricing & payment

ShortNotes are priced at ₹19 per chapter, inclusive — there are no hidden charges. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices may change in future; the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCC Notes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the notes, including exam outcomes. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased ShortNotes PDF is limited to the amount you paid for it (₹19).

7. Third-party links

The site links to other Padho Likho JEE properties and to third-party services (e.g. Razorpay, YouTube, Telegram). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ara, Bihar.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
